I am a certified Artful Mindset coach.
I founded SoulArt to Heal years ago.
Growing up in Japan, emotions are often not discussed,
And now I live in Alaska, where people in small villages communicate through drawings.
These two worlds taught me one truth: art brings out what words cannot express.

These two worlds taught me one truth: art brings out what words cannot express.
Last year, my life changed dramatically.
I fell from a great distance—breaking bones and suffering internal bleeding.
The doctors said surviving was a miracle.
For three days, I couldn’t cry.
Then, I picked up a paintbrush
I cried—and began to heal.
Art expressed emotions that words could not reach.
In that moment, I knew my mission.
I created a course called Healing Through Art with Six Mindset Lessons and Art Projects to Build Resilience
I don’t just teach —I am the program.

First, there will be a guide for the goal of each lesson, followed by the art project, which includes meditation, Japanese culture influence, and more. The classes are self-paced and self-discovery style. After all, during my healing journey, I went through ups and downs, so I needed to present the course at your convenience and comfort.
As you progress through each lesson, you will be guided in mastering your mind towards resilience, a crucial asset in your healing journey. This emphasis on resilience is designed to empower you and instill a sense of hope. online art therapy programs
